The project
The XRace Academy was born as a project dedicated to motorsport enthusiasts who wish to hone their skills on board Kart Rental .
In 2025 the initiative will take place in Lazio and Campania , with participation limited to 10 pilots per region.
The Academy marks a path towards the world of national and international competitions by offering the opportunity to participate in the most prestigious Endurance races as part of the Academy team.
Furthermore, during the season, the Academy drivers will be evaluated for possible call-ups to the Scuderia XRace , the official team made up of coaches and other prominent drivers from the karting scene.
A project designed to create a deep bond between passion and performance , in an environment that values talent and dedication.

Coach and program
The drivers' path will be followed by coach Francesco Atzori , an AF Corse driver with international experience in karts and GT cars, who, together with his assistant Domenico Marsico , an expert in rental driving in the wet, will structure a training program.
The program, divided into 20 events on different tracks, is based on a progressive approach that will begin with the analysis of the optimal lines, trajectories and apex points, essential for ensuring a smooth ride and reducing lap times .
Once the fundamentals have been consolidated, advanced aspects will be tackled, such as understanding the braking point, the different types of braking, the dynamics of the body to body and the careful study of race strategies .
Drivers will practice managing the most critical phases of Endurance racing, such as optimising tyre and fuel consumption, planning driver changes and managing race pace over long distances.
