• If you register and are unable to attend the event, you are entitled to a refund of €90 or €170 via bank transfer (or PayPal) by notifying our staff of your absence at least 7 days before the event date.
• If you register and the date changes and you are unable to attend, you are entitled to a refund of €99 or €179 via bank transfer (or PayPal). You must notify our staff of your absence at least 7 days before the new date.
• If you report your absence after the previously indicated limit, you are entitled to a refund exclusively in XRace credits of €99 or €179.
